  Multiphase Modelling Course, Melb., 13-14 December

Dr Markus Braun, Team Leader, Multiphase Development, ANSYS Inc., will present a training course in Multiphase Flow Modelling to be held in Melbourne on the 13th & 14th December 2012. The course will comprise a mixture of lectures and example case studies which will allow attendees to gain a first hand knowledge of all multiphase modelling approaches available in ANSYS CFD and their suitable application to industrial problems.

  TransAT Workshop, Melbourne, 13 December

Dr Djamel Lakehal, CEO of ASCOMP Switzerland, is running a free workshop in Melbourne after the conference. The workshop represents an excellent opportunity to receive hands-on training in the use of TransAT. The workshop will be held on Thursday 13 December 2012 at CSIRO, the day after the end of the CFD2012 conference.

The 18th Australasian Fluid Mechanics Conference (AFMC) is to be held in Launceston between 3 and 7 December 2012 at The University of Tasmania Newnham Campus.
